The overview should support semantic fields in the description.

Specifically btw:description should allow btw:semantic-fields. These are to be rendered inline, in parentheses, and separated by semi-colons.
This requires changes to:
- the schema,
- the editor,
- the display code.
We've decided to table this in an email discussion in August 2016.
