Migration of mangas

On a manga bookmark, propose the option to Migrate it.
- Look for the manga title in already fetched manga list for ANY website with list
- Display a list of matching entries
- user select a matching entry and agree to migrate
- A new bookmark entry is created and old is deleted
Now there is the problem of the media items flags (chapters) to migrate.
Its very useful to update a bookmark when the website is dead, or if the website change the manga url (hello manganel/nato )
