Permission denied

I put the .SH script in /var/tmp/ and wanted to run it via Putty, there I get permission denied
But I am logged in as root on the appliance, what am I doing wrong?
You can try using the /tmp/ folder, i have use this and it worked well.
yes that was my mistake, I forgot to put "SH" in front of the script
