添加插件主动写入数据的 store 方法，对应 reload

ReadOnlyPluginConfig 在插件更新时，数据项有可能会变化，可能需要重新写入

ReadOnly 也就是不支持写入的，这是期望的。保存可以获取 storage 来实现，目前已经支持
