删除默认添加的 mavenCentral 仓库

其实也直接删掉，项目依赖别的库的时候都需要maven central或相关代理，都会写上去，生成的项目模板也会有（idea new gradle project)

按照上述可以直接移除此远程库添加并检查一下现有的项目模板是否提供了 maven central
