Multiple instances not working in IE

Hi, I am using the plugin in three places on a page... it looks great in Firefox and Chrome, but in IE (all versions) this always happens:
The first instance works fine -- but subsequent instances don't get rounded right; they have a dark bit in each corner.
Thoughts?
Actually, I take that back -- it is just not working in IE at all. Each corner is filled in with black/gray.
