where is preprocessing code for new dataset?

I have a new dataset for your pretrained model. How should I preprocess my dataset to fit your data format requirement? I cannot find the code.
There are instructions for using the code for a new dataset in Readme.md. Please check that. Code for preprocessing is in preproc directory.
