Icon text position issue

Hi here! My setup is MKS Robin NanoV1.2+TFT3.5+PWC2.0. Configuring display online by MKS-tool i reduce space from icon text to low border to 1 pixel. In downloaded .zip file is all right.
After flashing i had 1 pix space.
But at first repower text rise to 15 pix as before.
Tried on V1.0.4, V2.0.3 and Marlin, all the same. I don't know it's firmware or MKS-tool issue, but it's odd enough.
MKS staff, please fix.
