z-index conflict with bootstrap navbar

bootstrap navbar has a z-index of 1030. This will sit behind the navbar if it's at the top. Maybe default to a higher z-index, or allow for a parameter to change the z-index?
A higher z-index would be a good default.
Just released 0.6.2 with a z-index of 99999
