Include parameter and ressim inputs to summarizeFBW() outputs

See Issue #1. Include as attributes of the summarized FBW results object the input parameters, both param_list and ressim, that were used to generate the results set.
Draft code changes implemented; waiting on results from #1 to test and fully incorporate.
