Add missing translation to Ukrainian language (uk.json)

Requested feature:
It looks like some of the changes in the UI structure weren't fully translated into Ukrainian language.
Since my native language is Ukrainian I would like to contribute and add missing lines.
There are also some typos and old unused strings that can be cleaned up.
Solves the following problem:
Untranslated parts of UI (Ukrainian\Українська)
