UTF-8 in email addresses make user ID unverifiable

I have a few user ID's with UTF-8 characters. Mailvelope's verification process does not work if either the local part or the domain part contain UTF-8.

Ideally the local part would just be properly handled and the domain part would be auto-punycoded if necessary.
