Mention SOGo sieve filters architecture issues

As of now, with the default configuration, it is not possible to edit users sieve filters from another client, because SOGo overwrite the configuration. This prevents edit from other clients (for example from Thunderbird or sieve-connect).

May I enquire why this issue was close without any comment ?
I am willing to write the documentation myself, but I am not sure of where to put it (maybe in Usage & Examples / Dovecot / Sieve filters and a mention in SOGo ?)
