Backup setting "lost" after setup

After having setup backup so an S3 compatible source some time ago, I wanted to check/verify the backup settings to be sure I knew where it was going.

However, the web UI for the backup settings is blank. The "Available backups" section, however, does show backups are being done daily as expected.

I would have expected:

  1. the settings would be preserved and shown (quite possibly with the key "starred" out)
  2. I could edit the settings I had already put in place in case I wanted to make a change (like update the key or change S3 region or whatever)

It would be good to have the settings shown in the screen and editable.
