Add pagination to user list in MiaB administration UI

I have been using the MiaB (Mail-in-a-Box) system for a while now, and I am very happy with its overall performance and features. However, one issue that I am currently facing is with the default administration UI, which does not include pagination for the user list.

I currently have almost 2,000 users in my MiaB system, and the user list table in the administration UI is becoming difficult to navigate due to its size. It would be very helpful if someone could add pagination to this table, so that I can easily view and manage my users in smaller groups.

I believe that this would be a valuable feature for many other MiaB users as well, as it would improve the usability and manageability of the system. I would be happy to help test and provide feedback on any changes made to the UI.
