Timer Pause Feature
User Story
As a user of the Pilot application website,
I want to be able to 'Pause' the timer that is currently running,
So that I can come back to the same time where I left.
Acceptance Criteria
GIVEN the Pilot application website,
WHEN the timer is running, and it is clicked,
THEN the timer is able to a pause for sometime, till the user clicks on it again.
