User Story

As a user of the Pilot app,
I want each fourth break to be the long break
So that I can follow the Pomodoro Technique properly

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN the Pilot application timer,
WHEN the timer has run through 'work-short break-work-short break-work short break-work' sequence
THEN the long break happens before the work-short break sequence starting again
