To Do list Creation
User Story
As an application user,
I want to be able to add personal tasks to the app
So that I can select from this to-do list during break time
Acceptance Criteria
GIVEN the option to create a to do list
WHEN I enter a to do item
THEN it appears as a completable list item in a list with buttons for me to mark the items as complete
