What to do if you aren't seeing the expected number of SaaS Data Spaces

Description
The Data Space field description needs to be elaborated on:
Lists the SaaS data spaces in the specified SaaS project. The number of SaaS data spaces that appears depends on your Commerce license:
Adobe Commerce - One production data space; two testing data spaces;
Magento Open Source - One production data space; no testing data spaces
Magento release version
Doesn't depend on the Magento version or Implementation Type.
Possible solutions
Make sure that the API keys that you have configured were generated on the Account Owner's account associated with the license and that there is no Pending invoice on the account.
If you are not seeing the expected number of data spaces, and you have generated the keys on an account not associated with the Adobe Commerce account, please contact the Account Owner to generate the keys on their account and provide them to you. Using a non-licensed account to generate the keys would be the equivalent of having an Open Source license, hence only 1 data space being available.
