Reward Exchange Rates must be configured in both directions (Currency to Points, and Points to Currency)

Description

The documentation doesn't state that the conversion rates in both directions are required in order to redeem the Reward Points when placing the order

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Stores > Other Settings > Rewards Exchange Rates
  2. Create an exchange rate in one direction, i.e., Currency to Points
  3. Give 100 Reward Points to a registered customer
  4. Login to the customer account
  5. Add a product to the cart and checkout
  6. Try to select Use Reward Points

Expected result

You should be able to apply/redeem your Reward Points on the order, i.e., the total due will be less than the Subtotal

Possible solutions

Set up the Reward Exchange Rate for the other direction (in the above example, Points to Currency)
