This is incorrect:
To pass entitlement validation for services such as Product Recommendations or Live Search, either the license holder or a trusted individual with shared access to the account must generate the set of keys.
We look up the entitlements of the Mage ID that created the API key. We don't take Shared Access into account in this process.
Correction:
To pass entitlement validation for services such as Product Recommendations or Live Search, only the license holder can generate the set of keys.
