Add warning about custom admin path

If needed, clear the Use system value checkbox to change the setting.
o Set Use Custom Admin URL to Yes.
o Enter the Custom Admin URL: http://yourdomain.com/magento/

Add a note/warning that the custom URL should not include the new custom admin path.

e.g., customer wants https://admin.yourdomain.com/newadmin - the Custom URL should only be set to https://admin.mydomain.com/ - it should not include the custom path (URI) newadmin

o Enter the Custom Admin URL only, i.e., http://yourcustomadmindomain.com/ - do not enter both the Admin URL and Path
