Products not Showing in Category Pages: 'We can't find products matching the selection' Error
Madhab-Karmaker opened this issue · comments
Summary
I'm encountering an issue on my Magento 2 store where products are not displaying on category pages, and instead, the message "We can't find products matching the selection" is shown. I've performed some troubleshooting steps, but I'm still unable to resolve the issue. Here are the details:
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to any category page on the frontend.
- Observe that the category page displays the message "We can't find products matching the selection."
Expected Behavior:
- Products that belong to the category should be displayed on the category page.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
- Checked product inventory to ensure products are in stock.
- Verified product visibility settings (set to "Catalog" or "Catalog, Search").
- Confirmed that products are assigned to the correct category.
- Reviewed catalog and search settings in the Magento Admin Panel.
- Reindexed data using the php bin/magento indexer:reindex command.
- Flushed the Magento cache using php bin/magento cache:flush.
- Checked for customizations or third-party extensions affecting product listing behavior.
- Enabled developer mode and reviewed log files for errors.
- Ensured theme compatibility and that it doesn't override core functionality.
Environment:
- Magento version: [e.g., 2.4.3]
- PHP version: [e.g., 7.4]
- Database: [e.g., MySQL]
