Could someone do a patch release to pick up recent security fixes?

The last release is 1.14.0. However, since then there have been security related patches. Could someone release 1.14.1 to pick up changes like the fix to #431?
I'm out of the office right now, but I'll get this done as soon as I'm back later this afternoon.
