It looks like right now it's starting a new file every 512 frames. If it's just a config option, we should bump this up.

It is a config option in streamWriter. But for camwfs it's not something
to change lightly. Too much data in a single write to disk will cause PCIe
bus problems when the hdd controller and whatever caching is going on
conspire to stop the loop from updating for long periods of time. Any
changes to this must be tested with 2 kHz closed-loop with before and
after monitoring of timings.
