rtimv ROIs are still causing crashes

mutex protection inside indi blob didn't fix it. possibly inside the camera status plugin. may need to add signals or some other safer way to interact with graphicsView and the user boxes.
This is probably fixed by jaredmales/rtimv@d13706c
Needs testing on the actual instrument
This appears to be fixed. Can no longer crash rtimv by changing ROIs.
