add fwscind to camera display in rtimv plugin

If nd=fwscind is set, then the filter would say "N2 - z" instead of just z. If open could just say "z".
need to also add fliptip and flipwfs handling, with fwtelsim
2nd filter added. Probably also want to handle stagescibs.
