Description
Installation fails for me on a new Azure VM with VS2017 Enterprise
Steps to recreate
In VS2017RC Tools->Extentions and Updates
Select NPM Task Runner
Select Download.
Close VS
Installer starts
Click Install.
Thanks for all the cool tools
The Azure VM although just created did NOT have the latest VS2017RC on it. After running the VS2017 installer and updating the VSIX installed fine.
