Rucksack's website is currently lumped into this repository as a git subtree to maintain the clean GH pages subdomain. It should be put in its own repo for easier maintainability and pushed to Netlify instead.

Also good chance to move from Hugo to Node static site builder, so Netlify can build it for us.
