用s-seg和w-md5很容易被重置连接

是这样的，用s-seg和w-md5很容易被重置连接，多发生1-3次，之后就能连接了。用ttl没有这个问题。这可以看作是防火长城推出更新了吗？
Small segment is an older way that is not recommended, md5 is more because the server does not support this TCP option.
