magmi.ini file 404

I have git clone the migami but when trying to access migami.php i am getting bellow error,but i have already placed migami.ini under conf directory,

Please create magmi.ini file in magmi/conf directory , by copying & editing magmi.ini.default file and filling appropriate values
Please let me know if i am missing anything,i am new to this.I have only git clone the directory.
Have you added your database configuration info to magmi.ini?
