Current behavior
GA support is available only if project is made from this collection.
Expected behavior
It should be able to add GA support to existing project, by typing ie:
ng add angular-universal-pwa/ga --trackingCode UA-123456
Well why use this https://github.com/angulartics/angulartics2 ?
