Method to open the opportunity close dialog succeeds, even without the dialog opening

Remove the opportunity close button or open a closed opportunity and execute the close opportunity command. The dialog opening method still succceeds, even though there is no button. The operation then fails with a nullreference when it tries to fill the dialog.
