Maybe make it on a schedule so we're always getting the latest versions?

What runtime requires an update?
Sorry, should have been more clear. The packages are very out of date. Just looking to keep them updated to match AWS!

I've forgotten to update this issue, but I actually did manage to release nodejs18.x images last weekend 😅
