tokens and expired sessions

There is an issue with the tokens. When my session expires, the profile button still has a field that says logout. If I try to create a community, it says your session has expired. The profile itself shows up as empty.
It is not a major issue but I think it would be better to default to the login page when that error message is shown on the top in red ?
