Why I can not download the code?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.use Git Gui under Windows OS
2.use clone
3.the error message is "error: Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to 
code.google.com:443  while accessing 
https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-player/info/refs
fatal: HTTP request failed"

you guys made it?

I also tried cloning the code using git under Ubuntu 10:10, I received : 
Couldn't resolve host "code.google.com"  while accessing 
https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-player/info/refs
fatal: http request failed

I'm able to browse the source code online, which means you should be able to 
clone the same using git.
