add parsing of Murakami metadata with test data in ndt7-client-go test runner

add functions to the ndt7-client-go test runner that parse the test's output and adds Murakami metadata values as columns in the test output to provide a simple, non-nested, single JSON object for each test, following the spec to be developed in #34
