Add VOD of current livestream to VODs only feed.

Twitch has VOD of current livestream in videos, can you please make feed notifying about them right away, and not after stream is finished?
This is what the normal /vod/ links give you. The current stream will pop up as soon as it's live as "<title> - LIVE".
