PCBS.IO has gone under and needs to be removed from the project

Hi

Unfortunately PCBS.IO has gone under. I have confirmed it reading on different places online including github.com.

Moreover those who do not know about it are going from pages of this project and clocking order on PCBS.IO button and everything looks nice untill you try to pay. Both CARD and PAYPAL fails.
BUT it is takin as input credit card data and potentially is saving it and what's it doing with it no one know.

So for the benefit of this project users the PCBS.IO button should be replaced with alternative PCB manufacturer or remove completely.
