Merge changes of JaqlShell.java

Updates to vendor/hadoop/0.18.3/src/jaql/test/JaqlShell.java should be
merged into vendor/hadoop/0.20.1/src/jaql/test/JaqlShell.java.

And I think that we should do a clean-up of JaqlShell.java and
AbstractJaqlShell.java. Some methods are too long. There are some big
blocks of comments. I can work together with you on this clean-up.
