Keyboard shortcuts missing on Windows sometimes

If the command moves the cursor vertically, the keyboard shortcuts are not printed in order not to overwrite anything.

Computing on which line the cursor is is difficult, so any escape code that can move the cursor vertically causes the keyboard shortcuts to disappear, even if the cursor actually doesn’t even move by it.

On Windows, an absolute cursor move is sometimes made at startup, probably by conpty. I’m not sure why. This unfortunately makes the keyboard shortcuts missing more often than it should.
