Misallignment of TU Delft Logo + NVA

It looks quite similar to http://www.ewi.tudelft.nl/en/the-faculty/departments/applied-mathematics/latex/beamer/ template. What improvements are you planning to make?

I removed the cyan bar that looks misaligned.
Also, I added a list of differences(improvements) between that version and my version to the README. I hope that answers your question.
