WithOpenSSLASM does nothing

Since #180, the CMake option WithOpenSSLASM does nothing. Here's the section of the CMake file that used to use it: https://github.com/luvit/openssl/blob/8c37997aac1d5c516d069f40ddb749387dcb77d5/openssl.cmake#L890-L1215

Should either remove the option or make it carry over to the ExternalProject setup.
