Date Created and Date Updated are off by one hour

Date Created and Date Updated are off by one hour since the change to daylight savings. When I hover over either timestamp, the tooltip value is off by one hour, even though the user's time zone setting is the same the server's. Timestamps showing in the Activity section (all tabs) is correct.
Example:
- I add a comment to issue; this will also change the date issue updated value
- Once the comment is posted, the date updated timestamp is one hour less than both the timestamp for the new comment and the tooltip to the date updated.
What version of MyZone and JIRA?
