Add button to refresh simulators or refresh automatically after simulator reset.

If you perform "simulator -> reset content & settings..." while OpenSim is working in the background, OpenSim does not update to the new simulator. I can't see also a button to refresh it manually, so each time I also have to restart OpenSim.
