integration of pp graph widget

The integration of the probabilistic graph widget is not finished. It would require:

  • the proper integration in GraphWidgetManager of lumen.js
  • its own div in the main html
  • to respect its enable/disable settings in SettingsJSON.js

However, since the ppgraph widget is unlikely to be used again, this will not be fixed.
