SEService getReaders returns null

SEService getReaders returns null

Hello!

SEService getReaders returns null, when using openmobileapi.
But, using android.smartcard.jar everything is good.
What might be the problem?

android.smartcard.jar is outdated since Aug'08 as it was G&D specific. Please 
use the shared library approach as described in [UsingSmartCardAPI] for devices 
supporting the Open Mobile API
