dued2py

Overview

This module allows to read the simulation output of the DUED code and convert it to a VisIt readable format (hdf5 with a xdmf description file).

Dependencies

This module requires Python 2.7 or 3.2-3.5 together with Numpy, PyTables and Jinja2 modules.

Installation notes

The dued2py module can be installed in home directory with:

$ pip install git+https://github.com/luli/dued2py.git

Example of use

$ dued2py folder_with_dued_output_files/
