Make README generator that handles groups

README table currently shows a table of all generators in order of their global id. Ideally, there should be a table of contents above the table that shows the different groups of generators (algebra, basic_math, etc.). Below that, there should be multiple tables that each display a table with all of the generators inside of that group.
