Todo: enable and configure Travis CI

So far Travis Ci is not setup.

Yup! Not a single test yet. Definitely a near-future priority! Will be working on it as soon as scaffolding is complete. 😄

Haha sorry, it's a glaring void & I don't need a issue in this instance 😉 Also left the invalid Travis badge there for similar reason.
